John Damouni

John Damouni has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. John started their career as a Rooms Division Manager and Guest Relations Manager at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company from 2005 to 2008. In 2011, they joined Tenon Consulting Solutions, Inc. as a Consultant, where they served as the lead business analyst on a technology development project and played a key role in obtaining a quality certification. John later became a Senior Consultant and then a Director at Tenon, where they managed a team, implemented employee engagement initiatives, and led healthcare quality assurance programs. John then worked at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Georgia Properties as a Real Estate Sales and Investments professional from 2017 to 2021. Currently, they are the Vice President of Strategic Projects at Professional Credentials Exchange, where they focus on promoting collaborative compliance and credentialing.

John Damouni obtained their MBA in Entrepreneurship and Corporate Marketing from the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business, from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they earned their BBA in Business Management from the same institution, from 2001 to 2005. In addition, they hold a certification as a Real Estate Broker/Sales Agent from the Atlanta REALTORS® Association, obtained in 2017.
