Matthew Sylvestre

Matt joins ProCredEx as Chief Technology Office where he oversees all aspects of the technology that drives the exchange. Previously, Matt served as the Director of Applications Development at WindTalker Security, LLC. With 20 years of experience forming and leading software product development organizations, Matt has driven three companies to successful exits including a social networking platform acquired by Gannett Co. (USA Today) and most recently an employee wellness platform acquired by United Healthcare – Optum. Matt began his career as a software developer and ascended through leadership positions to interim CIO of edu.com in 1999 followed by CIO roles in greater Boston and Manhattan. Matt received his master’s in Management Information Systems from Boston’s Bentley University and his bachelors in CIS from Bryant University.
