Jeff Johnson has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Jeff currently holds the position of Chief Client Officer at Professional. Prior to this, Jeff worked as a Motivational Speaker, Coach, and Facilitator at Recapturing Your Magic, where they coached individuals and groups to bring out their best performance. Jeff also served as the Chief Marketing Officer at Hawes Financial Group, where they led marketing operations and strengthened the company's competitive position. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Client Relations Manager and Senior Sales Executive at Columbia Ultimate, responsible for managing key client relationships. Jeff's experience also includes being the Regional Sales Director of the International Division at FranklinCovey, where they worked with Fortune 500 companies to improve internal processes through training.
From 1991 to 1995, Jeff Johnson attended Brigham Young University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree. During their time at the university, they focused on Business Management and also obtained a minor in Human Resources.
