Marianne LeMalefant

Marianne LeMalefant is a Founding Partner and VP Business Solutions & Integration for large-scale accounts. She has been with Professional Data Solutions since 1988 as an information technology professional with expertise in problem solving, leadership, implementation and management of complex systems. Her extensive background includes business analysis in software development, systems analysis and design, and project life cycle methodology, along with industry experience in insurance, accounting, financial planning and marketing. Marianne has administered company policy, hiring, staff performance appraisals, and managing to a budget and has coordinated corporate projects from staff training and education to quality control and recruiting. She was a Team Leader in maintenance and development and has brought her expertise as a Programmer/Analyst to the company. Instrumental in developing the company’s marketing department, Marianne implemented a state-of-the-art account tracking database and directed the design phase of the new company website.
