Chris Urna

Client Services and IT Specialist at Professional Diversity Network

Chris Urna has a work experience that spans over a decade. Starting in 2004, they worked at UTOG 2-Way Radio as a Dispatch Operator, where they began as a part-time office clerk and was eventually promoted to dispatch operator. In this role, Chris displayed strong customer service skills and crisis management abilities, while also handling the highest volume of calls in the room. In 2014, Chris joined Professional Diversity Network as a Client Services and IT Specialist. Chris'sresponsibilities included site administration for user groups and access management, assisting users with login issues and technical support requests, and providing efficiency and urgency through chat services.

Chris Urna has a diverse education history. In 1999, they graduated from Community High School with a High School Diploma. Following that, from 2000 to 2001, they attended the School of Visual Arts, where they obtained a Pre-College Certification in Visual Imagery and Computer Art. Later, from 2005 to 2007, Chris studied Computer Science at Hudson County Community College. In terms of additional certifications, in November 2020, they obtained the CompTIA Security+ ce Certification from CompTIA.
