Chad Hayes

Chad Hayes is a Professional Engineer (PE) and LEED AP with a diverse range of experience in the engineering industry. Chad began their career in 2006 as a Designer at MEP Associates, where they performed drafting, mechanical calculations, and designs, with a particular focus on the healthcare field. In 2007, they joined Beaudin Ganze Consulting Engineers as a Mechanical Engineer, responsible for designing energy efficient mechanical and plumbing building systems for new construction and renovation projects. At Beaudin Ganze, Chad's work included engineering HVAC systems, conducting energy modeling and analyses, and ensuring compliance with codes and client requirements. In 2015, Chad transitioned to Professional Engineering Consultants, where they currently hold the roles of Principal and VP of Community Engagement. In these positions, they oversee projects and leads community engagement efforts. Chad's extensive experience and expertise make him a valuable asset in the engineering field.

Chad Hayes, PE, LEED AP, holds a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Technology with a focus on Facility Management from the University of Wisconsin-Stout, which they completed from 2002 to 2006. Additionally, they hold a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree from the same institution. Chad also possesses a Professional Engineer certification.
