Erik's career began with roles at Everlast Worldwide and Gary Shaw Productions, specializing in sports marketing and event operations. Educationally, Erik holds an MBA in International Business from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Marketing/Management from California State University San Marcos.
