Jim Bramson

Jim Bramson has a diverse work experience in the legal and business sectors. Jim served as the EVP of Business Affairs and General Counsel at Professional Fighters League starting in 2018. Prior to this, they worked as a strategic advisor at CulturIntel and Hushmesh Inc. in 2017. From 2017 to 2010, Bramson was the Principal at Bramson Legal, where they provided legal services. Jim held the positions of General Counsel and Head of Corporate Development, IT Security, and International Operations at LivingSocial from 2010 to 2017. Before that, they were the Principal at Bramson Legal and served as the General Counsel and Secretary at Revolution Health Group. Bramson also worked at AOL LLC as the Deputy General Counsel from 1997 to 2006 and began their career as an associate at Shea & Gardner in 1994.

Jim Bramson obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Engineering Science/Physics from Dartmouth College, where they attended from 1984 to 1988. Following this, they pursued a Juris Doctor (JD) degree in Law at the University of Pennsylvania, attending from 1990 to 1993.
