Justin Younghans

Justin Younghans currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Corporate Partnerships for the Professional Fighters League, a position held since November 2025. Prior to this, Justin held the role of Vice President of Partnership Sales & Activation at Columbus Crew from October 2022 to November 2025. Previous experience includes Vice President of Corporate Partnerships at Washington Commanders from March 2020 to October 2022, and Director of Corporate Partnerships at Jacksonville Jaguars from May 2015 to March 2020. Justin also worked at Washington Commanders earlier in his career as Director of Business Operations and Executive Entertainment, as well as Senior Account Executive for Premium Seating from July 2011 to April 2015. Justin's career began at Cox Communications as a Retail Account Executive from February 2008 to July 2011. Justin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Management from George Mason University.
