James Owen is a highly experienced military professional and football coach currently serving in the Royal Navy as a WO2(AWW) and holding multiple instructional roles, including Board and Search Chief Instructor and HMS Raleigh Military Training Unit Chief Instructor. In addition to military responsibilities, James serves as a Goalkeeper Coach and Data Analyst for Tavistock Football Club and as a Youth Level Football Coach for the Independent Football Academy. James also contributes to talent identification and performance analysis for the Professional Football Scouts Association and held a position as an Academy Scout for Plymouth Argyle Football Club. Previous military roles include Warfare Department Coordinator and various leadership positions within the Royal Navy and British Army, specializing in surface warfare and gunnery instruction. James is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Management at Northumbria University, building on past education from Maritime Warfare School and Holyhead High School.
