Karen Berry

Karen Berry is the CEO and Owner of Professional Maintenance Systems, a company founded in 1982 that employs 750 individuals to clean over 18 million square feet of facilities in San Diego, Riverside, San Bernardino, and Orange Counties. Under Karen Berry's leadership, the organization emphasizes building long-lasting client relationships through accountability, communication, and exceptional service. Additionally, Karen Berry served as the Board Chair for the Mission Valley YMCA in 2013. Karen Berry holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from San Diego State University.
