Sarah Nathans

Sarah Nathans has a diverse work experience in various positions within the YMCA organization. Sarah started their career in 1997 as a Senior Program Director at the Roxbury YMCA. Sarah then moved on to become a Child Care Quality Advisor at the YMCA of Greater Boston in 1999. In 2003, they were promoted to the role of Executive Director at the Hyde Park branch of the YMCA of Greater Boston. After four years in that position, they transitioned to become the Bridgewater & Somerville YMCA Executive Director at Somerset County YMCA in 2011. Their most recent role was as the Director of Operations at Professional Management Associates, LLC starting from 2016.

Sarah Nathans attended Boston College from 1989 to 1992, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science.
