Ben B.

Ben B. has a diverse and extensive background in engineering and leadership roles. Ben has held positions in various organizations, including Pro2Serve, where they served as the Vice President for DoD/Army/USACE Programs, and the US Army Corps of Engineers, where they were the Executive Director of Civil Works and the Integration/Innovation Branch Chief. Ben has also worked in the US Army as the Army North Engineer Director and as a Joint Force Land Component Engineer for hurricane support. Prior to that, they served in the US Army Corps of Engineers as the Deputy Division Commander and Division Commander. Ben began their career in the US Army as an Organizational Integrator and held roles as a Human Resources Branch Chief and Battalion Commander. Ben also worked in the Defense Threat Reduction Agency as the Deputy Division Chief and in the United States Department of Defense as a Joint Staff Plans Officer. Ben has demonstrated strong leadership skills, expertise in engineering, and the ability to coordinate and manage large-scale projects.

Ben B. has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in International Relations from the United States Military Academy at West Point. Ben also holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Environmental and Water Resources Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin. In addition to their degrees, Ben has obtained certifications in Construction Quality Management for Contractors from the US Army Corps of Engineers and Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute.
