Khensani Cynthia Molubi

Khensani Cynthia Molubi is an experienced professional in compensation and benefits management with a career spanning over a decade. Currently serving as the Head of Reward, Performance Management and Analytics at PPS since September 2020, Khensani has previously held key positions such as Group Reward, Benefits and Global Mobility Manager at Barloworld Limited, and Group Compensation and Benefits Manager at Tsebo Solutions Group. Additional roles include Rewards Manager for Africa Zone at Anheuser-Busch InBev and Compensation & Benefits Manager for Africa Markets at SABMiller. Khensani began her career as a Remuneration Analyst at Standard Bank after completing a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial Psychology at the University of the Witwatersrand and later earning a postgraduate Diploma in Management from Wits Business School.
