Masenyane Molefe

Masenyane Molefe currently serves as the Group Executive for Human Resources at PPS, a position held since February 2019. Prior experience includes roles as Human Capital Director at Hyundai Automotive South Africa from June 2016 to January 2019, and Executive Head of HR at Regent Insurance from May 2014 to June 2016. Previously, Masenyane held various HR leadership positions at Nedbank between March 2008 and April 2014, focusing on Retail Secured Lending and Retail Banking Services. An extensive background also includes a decade at the South African Revenue Service, where Masenyane championed small business initiatives, alongside earlier market research roles at organizations such as Ask Afrika, Independent Newspapers, and Ipsos South Africa. Educational qualifications include an MBA from GIBS Business School, an MSc in Human Resources Management from The University of Salford, and a B.Com. in Economics from North-West University.
