Currently serving as the Director of Executive Search at SkyWater Search Partners, recognized as Minnesota's top executive search firm, Allie has honed expertise in connecting organizations with top talent. Previously, Allie held roles as Senior Associate in Executive Search at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities, where facilitation of the Tom Burnett Advanced Leadership Program fostered future leaders, and as an Executive Recruiter at Parker and Lynch, focusing on Finance and Accounting professionals.
