John Collins

John Collins is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and asset management, currently serving as Vice President of Business Development at Pelican Capital Advisors, LLC since January 2023. Additionally, John holds the position of National Coordinator of Men's and Women's Soccer Officials for the NCAA and is a Managing Member at Synergy Asset Services, LLC, focusing on life settlements and alternative assets. With a long-standing involvement in soccer officiating, John has been an Assessor with the Professional Referee Organization since 2017 and has served in various roles with the U.S. Soccer Federation since 1986. John’s background also includes positions as Referee and Assessor for the NATIONAL INTERCOLLEGIATE SOCCER OFFICIALS ASSOCIATION and serving as Collegiate Conference Coordinator of Soccer Officials.
