Maurice Deprey

Maurice Deprey is a seasoned architectural professional with extensive experience in building evaluation and remediation design, particularly focusing on roofing and waterproofing systems. Currently serving as Chief Architect and Principal Consultant at Professional Service Industries, Inc. (PSI) and Intertek-PSI since April 2012, Maurice has also held the position of Senior Architect at PSI from 1998 to 2005. Prior to their current roles, Maurice owned Timber Creek Development, Inc. from April 2005 to April 2012, where high-end residential custom homes and light commercial spaces were constructed based on designs crafted by MDArchitecture, LLC. Maurice holds a Bachelor of Architecture (BArch) degree from Wentworth Institute of Technology, earned between 1990 and 1995.
