Nareen Reddy Peram MEng has a strong background in geotechnical engineering, with experience working in various roles and companies. In 2009, Nareen worked as a Teaching Assistant at the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur. From 2011 to 2012, Nareen was an Engineer - Geotechnical at Tata Consulting Engineers Limited. Nareen then joined Larsen & Toubro in 2012, where they held the position of Assistant Engineering Manager - Geotechnical until 2017. During this time, Nareen gained experience in a wide range of geotechnical projects, including ground improvement, tunnel supports, deep excavations, pile foundations, and slope stability analysis. In 2017, Nareen briefly worked as a Geotechnical Manager at Aarvee Associates before joining Professional Service Industries, Inc. (PSI) as a Geotechnical Engineer.
