Charlie Hart

Charlie Hart, known as 'Ausome Charlie', is a Director and Professional Speaker specialising in neurodiversity inclusion within the workplace through Ausome Charlie Ltd since June 2018. As a neurodivergent advocate, Charlie uses personal experiences related to autism, ADHD, and complex PTSD to deliver impactful speeches on mental health, neurodivergence, and inclusivity, becoming a prominent figure in the Professional Speaking Association. Additional roles include being a member of the Speakers Collective, as well as previously serving as an HR Analyst and championing neurodiversity and LGBTQIA+ representation at the Solicitors Regulation Authority. Charlie holds various CIPD qualifications and degrees focused on human resources from Coventry University.
