Jill Wesley

Jill Wesley is the founder of Science + Soul of Speaking, established in February 1992, with a mission to amplify the voices of purpose-driven leaders creating global impact. As the TED AI Head of Speaker Coaching and TED Cinema Host since January 2017, Jill plays a vital role in a pioneering TED event focused on AI's societal transformations. Currently serving as an advisor to the CEO at both the Professional Tennis Players Association and Winners Alliance, Jill advocates for player equity and maximizes the collective power of athletes. Previously, as an advisor for The Female Quotient, Jill contributed to transforming workplace culture through strategic partnerships. With experience as a consultant, executive coach, and trainer for the NFL Players Association and The Trust, Jill is recognized for their impactful speaking and coaching expertise. Jill holds an M.A. in Communication from New York University and a B.A. in Social Science and Communication from the University of Southern California.
