Mark Fabian Bettels

Mark Fabian Bettels, CFA, FRM, CAIA, currently serves as COO and CFO of the Professional Triathletes Organisation since January 2022. Prior to this role, Mark was Head of Business Operations at Revolut from June 2021 to January 2022 and COO of iwoca Germany from September 2016 to May 2021, where operations included credit analysis and compliance, achieving a 15x growth in the loan book. Mark's experience includes leadership positions at Uber and LinkedIn, as well as significant roles in investment banking at UBS and Barclays Capital. Mark holds an MBA from both London Business School and UCLA Anderson School of Management, and earned finance and entrepreneurship degrees from Harvard, MIT Sloan, and EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht.
