Andrew Mind began their career in 2005 as a Key Account Manager for SCA Hygiene Products. In this role, they managed a business with top Key Accounts in the Volga region and was responsible for setting up commercial objectives and business plans, as well as negotiating with local buyers. In 2010, they founded and became the CEO of Magenta LLC, where they were responsible for budgeting and P&L working out and control, sales growth analysis, margin control and cost optimization, assortment and price structure development, negotiations with authorities and suppliers, customer service standards creating and implementation, and staff interviewing, selecting, hiring, training, and coaching. After five years, the company became a leader in HoReCa supply market and was sold to a federal cleaning company. In 2016, Andrew Mind began working as an Outreach Specialist for Freelance Marketing and Creative Services, where they created contact lists of journalists for further outreach, wrote and sent tailored pitches, and communicated with journalists on behalf of the company. From 2018 to 2020, they worked as the Head Of Public Relations for Healbe Corporation, where they defined a wearable product communication strategy and messaging, identified journalists and bloggers to target for pitching product stories, and sent pitches to the media before product launches. Most recently, Andrew Mind has been working as a Customer Success Manager for Profi, where they mediate between clients and the organization, holds product demonstrations for customers, and improves onboarding processes.

Andrew Mind attended the Russian State University of Tourism and Service from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Hotel/Motel Administration/Management. Andrew then attended the Cranfield School of Management from 2007 to 2008.
