Richard J. Żak has a long and varied work experience. From 2000 to 2003 they were the Associate Director of Technology at The Odyssey School, where they managed computers and network infrastructure, provided technical support, and evaluated vendors/products. Richard J. Żak obtained a BS in Information Systems from the University of Maryland Baltimore County in 2006. Richard J. then went on to receive a Master's of Professional Studies (MPS) in Cybersecurity from the same institution in 2017. In 2018, they earned a Graduate Certificate in Data Science from the University of Maryland Baltimore County. In 2014, they obtained an ICAgile Professional certification from ICAgile.
