Gio Gallo

Gio Gallo is a seasoned cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in risk-based vulnerability management and security operations. Currently serving as the Director of Risk-Based Vulnerability Management at Proficio since September 2019, Gio focuses on reducing cybersecurity risks through the company's RBVM service. Previous roles include Senior Security Operations Manager at Sensus, where significant growth in managed services was achieved, and Principal Information Security Analyst at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, providing leadership and training in security operations. With a background in security engineering at organizations such as Cisco and Lockheed Martin, Gio has contributed to compliance with federal security requirements and certifications.
