Vivian Liu

Vivian Liu serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Proficium Inc. since April 2025 and is a Board Member at Expensify, a Nasdaq-traded SaaS company specializing in expense management, since November 2021. Previously, Vivian held the position of Chair of the Audit Committee and Board Member at Chijet Motor Inc., an electric vehicle company, from June 2023 to January 2025. Additionally, Vivian was the President of Wish from November 2021 to October 2024, where responsibilities encompassed all business aspects post-merger with Qoo10, including strategies, marketing, and operations. Vivian also has experience as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Wish and served on the Board of Airpower Technologies Ltd., an industrial gas company, from December 2021 to January 2023. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance from the University of Washington and a BA in International Finance from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics.
