Airida Zavadske

Airida Zavadske has a diverse work experience. Airida founded Addelse in 2013 and currently serves as the Founder and CEO of the company. In 2021, they also joined Vilniaus Universiteto Verslo Mokykla as a Lecturer. Prior to that, they worked at Profiles International as a Regional Manager Baltics, where they helped organizations worldwide create high-performing workforces through employment assessments and talent management solutions. From 2004 to 2008, they served as the Director of Talentor Lietuva.

Airida Zavadske began their education in 1995 at Vilnius University, where they pursued a Master's degree in Organisational Psychology. Airida successfully completed their degree in 2001. In 1999 and 2000, Airida also studied psychology at the University of Helsinki.

In addition to their formal education, Airida has obtained several certifications to further enhance their professional qualifications. In 2019, they received the PXT Select™ Certification from PXT Select™. In 2014, Airida obtained the DiSC certification from Everything DiSC: A Wiley Brand. Airida also acquired the WAIS-III certification from Vilnius University in 2013. In 2012, they earned the Checkpoint360 certification from Profiles International. Furthermore, Airida obtained the EuroPsy certification from the European Federation of Psychologists' Associations (EFPA) in 2018.
