Oussama Mansour has extensive experience in executive leadership and management consulting, serving as C.E.O of Profiles International M.E.N.A since January 1999 and previously for Profiles International from 1999 to 2011. With a background that includes roles as Senior HR and CRM Consultant at the Emirates Institute for Banking and Financial Studies, Project Manager and Senior Management Consultant at Mercuri International, and Sales and Management Trainer at the Dubai World Trade Center, Oussama Mansour has developed expertise in customer relationship management, organizational restructuring, and training program development. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Business Administration from Budapest University of Economic Sciences and a Bachelor of Sciences in Mechanical Engineering from Technical University of Budapest.
