Tilda Mmegwa has a wealth of experience in various roles within the consulting and advisory field. Tilda served as a Strategic Advisor for TDI Global Group's African expansion, where they led teams in addressing various needs and creating value through services such as board and management advisory, strategy design and execution, competency assessment, and leadership development. Tilda also played a key role in the launch of an online learning and development program. Prior to that, Tilda was a Strategic Business Expansion Advisor for Profiles International Inc. USA, focusing on West Africa. Additionally, they served as a Moderator, Trainer, and Coach of the Strategic Leadership Program for the Certified Management Accountants of Canada (CMA Canada).

Tilda Mmegwa holds a B.Sc. degree in Industrial Chemistry from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, which they completed from 1982 to 1986. In 2008, they obtained a Masters in Accountancy from Brock University, specializing in Strategic Management and Corporate Governance. Additionally, in June 2006, they received certification from the Certified Management Accountants of Canada (CMA Canada).
