Dagmar Christianson is an experienced professional in workforce transformation and human capital management, currently serving as the Head of Workforce Transformation at ProFinda since June 2020 and as an Independent Workforce Transformation Consultant since October 2019. Prior to these roles, Dagmar completed an MBA at the Smith School of Business at Queen's University in 2019. Dagmar has a strong background in public health, having worked as a Public Health Nurse for the City of Toronto and the Region of Peel, where key responsibilities included developing health promotion strategies and managing teams. Academic qualifications include an MBA Exchange in Organizational Behavior Studies from Copenhagen Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Queen's University.
