Lia Pytleski

Lia Pytleski has extensive experience in the financial industry, primarily at Profinium Financial. Lia began their career at Profinium in 2003 as a VP of Credit Administration, where they managed the credit process for a progressive bank with multiple locations. This included supervising loan documentation for consumer, commercial, and agricultural loans, updating policies and procedures, and providing training to lending staff. In 2019, they were promoted to the position of Chief Credit Officer, furthering their leadership and expertise in credit administration.

Lia Pytleski completed their high school education at Spring Grove Public High School, graduating with a High School Diploma between the years 1978 to 1991. Following that, they pursued further education at Southwest Minnesota State University from 1991 to 1995, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in the field of Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
