Daren Haws

Daren Haws has a diverse and extensive work experience in finance and accounting. Daren currently holds the position of Director of Finance and Accounting at Profire Energy. Prior to that, they served as the Controller at Simply Mac - Apple Premier Partner. From 2018 to 2020, they were the VP Finance and HR at Kornerstone Credit, LLC, where they built finance and HR processes and managed tax compliance and lender reporting. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as the Controller at Crest Financial, where they developed management reporting methodologies and managed treasury and tax compliance. Daren also served as the Corporate Controller at Jeunesse Global and MonaVie, where they contributed to merger and acquisition transactions, implemented accounting systems, and managed financial reporting and analysis. Daren began their career at KPMG, where they gained experience in project management, risk assessment, and technical accounting.

Daren Haws completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting at Utah State University from 2000 to 2003. Daren then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Accountancy (MAcc) degree in Accounting from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business from 2003 to 2004.

In addition to their formal education, Daren Haws has also obtained two certifications. Daren is a Certified Public Accountant, certified by the Accountancy Board of Ohio. Daren is also a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA), certified by the AICPA (American Institute of CPAs).
