Carrie H. Leneau, SPHR

Carrie H. Leneau, SPHR has a strong and diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Carrie is currently serving as the Vice President of People Operations at Profisee, a position they have held since January 2023. Before joining Profisee, Carrie worked as the Head of People Operations - Visible by Verizon at Visible, a subsidiary of Verizon, from May 2022 to January 2023.

Carrie's previous experience includes working at Verizon as a Human Resources Senior Manager from March 2020 to June 2022, and as a Human Resources Business Partner from November 2013 to March 2020. Prior to joining Verizon, they worked as a Human Resources Generalist at SAIC from August 2008 to November 2013.

Before entering the corporate world, Carrie gained valuable experience as a Corporate Recruiter at Blackbaud from February 2005 to August 2008. Carrie also worked at BMW as a Contract Recruiting Support Specialist from July 2004 to February 2005, and at ZF Lemforder as a Human Resources Assistant (Intern) from January 2004 to July 2004.

Throughout their career, Carrie has demonstrated their expertise in various aspects of human resources, including people operations, business partnership, recruitment, and general HR management. Their extensive experience in different organizations and industries has equipped their with a diverse skill set and a deep understanding of HR practices.

Carrie H. Leneau, SPHR, pursued their higher education at Clemson University. From 1998 to 2002, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems. Later on, from 2003 to 2004, they continued their studies at Clemson University and obtained a Master's degree in Human Resource Development (MHRD), with a specialized focus on this field.
