Yordan Mladenov

Yordan Mladenov began their work experience in 2003 as a Human Resource Manager at American Pool Service of GA. From 2006 to 2011, they served as the Technology Manager at Tlehs Publishing. In 2012, they joined Profisee as an Application Support Specialist and later held the position of Technical Support Manager from 2017 to 2019. Currently, Yordan is the Director of Global Support at Profisee.

Yordan Mladenov received their Bachelor's degree in English Philology from Vélikoturnovski universitet 'Sv. Sv. Kiril i Metodi' between 1998 and 2002. Additionally, they obtained the certification for MCTS - SQL Server 2008, Implementation and Maintenance from Microsoft Corp., although the month and year of obtaining this certification are not specified.
