Uğur Can Güven is a seasoned professional in operational excellence and civil engineering with extensive experience in management and technical roles across various sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Operational Excellence Manager at Insider since March 2021, Uğur Can advocates for and co-leads cross-departmental initiatives, following previous leadership as an Operational Excellence Manager for the Americas & MENA, where team management and operational oversight were key responsibilities. Uğur Can's earlier tenure at RÖNESANS HOLDİNG included roles as Technical Office Engineer and Site Civil Engineer, contributing to high-profile projects such as the Air Force Academy Campus and Istanbul Atatürk Olympics Stadium Renovation. Uğur Can's foundational experience includes internships with Limak Group of Companies and İGA İstanbul Yeni Havalimanı.
