Courtney Crossley

Courtney Crossley is an experienced leader in commerce media and customer experience, currently serving as Senior Vice President of GTM and Customer Experience at Profitero+ since April 2025. Prior to this role, Courtney held the position of Vice President of Commerce Media at The Mars Agency and served as Director of Commerce Media for Kroger and Harris Teeter. Additional experience includes working as an Account Executive at 84.51˚ and as an Account Manager for Business & Industrial Markets at Google from 2016 to January 2020, where Courtney also contributed to the non-profit onboarding program for Google.org. Courtney began a career at PepsiCo as a Sales and Client Relations Senior Associate. Courtney holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and HR Management from the University of South Carolina, graduating in 2015.
