Wendy H.

Wendy H. is a seasoned Compensation Analyst with extensive experience in the field, currently serving at ProfitSolv since August 2024 and concurrently co-founding the Miss Kay Foundation since June 2023. Prior to these roles, Wendy held positions at Carson Group as a Senior Compensation Analyst and at TruGreen as a Compensation Analyst. Notably, Wendy's long tenure at Securities America Inc. spanned over a decade, during which various roles included Senior Compensation Consultant and Compensation Reporting Analyst, among others. Earlier career experiences include a Patient Access Specialist role at Children's Hospital & Medical Center - Omaha and GMD Clerk at B&R Stores, Inc. Wendy holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership at the same institution. Additionally, Wendy has earned an Applied Science degree in Business from Metropolitan Community College.
