Bogdan Năforniţă

Bogdan Năforniţă has been working in the financial industry since 1996. Bogdan began their career at nodes GmbH neuron design as a Financial Modellor. In 1998, they joined Procter & Gamble as a Financial Analyst - L&C Products, Profit Forecasting and Accounting, Treasury & Tax Manager. From 2002 to 2006, they were the Finance & Administration Director - Romania at S&T. In 2010, they became the Chief Financial Officer - South East Europe / Romania at IBM. In 2012, they took on the role of Chief Financial Officer at Automobile Bavaria, where they were an Executive Board Member and was responsible for financial management, strategic management, and business processes leadership. In 2013, they founded Congruo and served as the Founder and Managing Partner, providing CFO advisory services, business architecture, change management, and financing structures. In 2015, they took on the role of Senior Finance Advisor at MHS Holding. In 2016, they became the CEO and Co-founder of Profluo, where they automated documents with Intelligent Document Processing technology.

Bogdan Năforniţă earned a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Colegiul National "Cuza Voda" Husi between 1989 and 1993. Bogdan then went on to obtain an MSc in Statistics and Econometrics from Universitatea “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” din Iaşi between 1993 and 1998. In addition, they have obtained certifications in Fundamentals of Business Process Management from QUT (Queensland University of Technology) in December 2015, Process Mining: Data Science in Action from Coursera in January 2015, and FCCA - self-suspended from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in January 2010.
