Parina Dua

Parina Dua is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources and payroll management. Currently serving as the HR Manager at Proformics since January 2022, Parina previously held the position of Payroll Manager at Experion Care NZ Ltd from August 2019 to December 2021. Earlier experience includes an Operations Associate role at Accenture from October 2016 to August 2019. Parina holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies and a Master of Commerce from Indira Gandhi National Open University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Delhi University.
