Tobias Lindbäck

Tobias Lindbäck has over 25 years of experience in various roles within the technology industry. Tobias began their career at Atlas Copco in 1994, where they worked as a Development Engineer, Mechanical Designer, and Ultrasonic Expert. Tobias then served as a Program Manager for Electrical Grinders and eventually became the Mechanical Design Manager. In 2004, Lindbäck took on the role of Technical Product Manager for fixtured assembly systems, where they were responsible for product maintenance and development. Tobias also served as the Project Manager for the company's first in-house developed servo drive. From 2006 to 2010, they were the Engineering Manager at Atlas Copco.

In 2010, Lindbäck joined Epiroc as the Operations Manager for Atlas Copco Craelius AB, where they managed a manufacturing operation with approximately 120 employees. Tobias later became the Vice President of R&D for Geotechnical Drilling and Exploration, overseeing technology strategy and roadmap for R&D departments in multiple countries.

Since 2015, Lindbäck has been at Profoto, initially as the Vice President of Technology and then as the Vice President of Technology and Licensing. In their current role as the Vice President of Strategy & Alliances, they are responsible for driving expansion beyond Profoto's core business through collaborations, acquisitions, intrapreneurship, and innovation. Tobias is also the Product Manager for the company's offering to fashion e-commerce visual content creation, as well as the Manager of the R&D Software team in the Netherlands.

Overall, Lindbäck's experience spans various leadership positions in technology, research and development, operations management, and strategy.

Tobias Lindbäck attended Linköping University from 1990 to 1994, where they pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Engineering Mechanics.
