Jennine Germond

Jennine Germond is a dedicated professional in disability inclusion and human resources management. As a Founding Member of ProFound since February 2024, Jennine is instrumental in advancing disability inclusion and accessibility within organizations. Jennine also serves as the Founder of I Have Resolve Foundation and IHR Consulting, a role undertaken since September 2021. Previously, Jennine held the position of VP, Client Success and Growth Initiatives at Altis Recruitment from January 2002 to November 2023. Jennine earned a degree in Human Resources Management from McGill University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Western University.
