Kristi Alu is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and early career development, currently serving as the Director of Talent, Early Careers & Allyship at Blackbaud since September 2021. In addition, Kristi is a Founding Member of ProFound, a professional network focused on disability inclusion and accessibility. Previously, Kristi held significant roles at BNY Mellon, including Global Head of Enterprise Campus Recruiting and Vice President, Global Recruiting Manager, where responsibilities included developing recruiting strategies, managing a global team, and overseeing the Summer Analyst Program. Kristi's career also includes experience as a Staffing Consultant at Beacon Hill Staffing Group, a Recruiter at PLS Logistics Services, and a Research Assistant at the University of North Carolina at Asheville. Academically, Kristi holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Development and Organizational Psychology from Villanova University and a Bachelor of Arts in Neuropsychology from the University of North Carolina Asheville, along with additional studies in Psychology-Neuroscience at Bond University.
