Maureen Belza

Maureen Belza has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Maureen started their career in 1994 at RBC Financial Group, where they held various positions, including Global HR Advisor, Manager of Leadership Development, and Senior Manager of Corporate Strategic Initiatives. In 2007, they joined Natus Medical Incorporated, where they served as the Director of Human Resources and Organizational Development until 2013. In the same year, they joined Division of Natus Medical (Xltek) as the Manager of Employee Development. Since 2014, they have been working at Profound Medical Inc., initially as the Director of Human Resources and currently as the Global Director of People Development and Culture.

Maureen Belza's education history includes a Certificate in HR Law for HR Professionals from York University - Osgoode Hall Law School, obtained in 2012. Maureen also holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialty in Human Resources Management from Royal Roads University, completed from 1999 to 2001.
