Nate Dame

Nate Dame is the CEO and Founder of Profound Strategy, a company that provides coaching to youth pastors in lasting-change student ministry. Nate has also worked as an online marketing strategist for The Winn Group and as a senior account executive for Advanced Automation.

Dame founded Called to Youth Ministry in February 2009 and served as its President until December 2013. During their time with the company, they helped coach youth pastors in lasting-change student ministry. Prior to that, they worked as an online marketing strategist for The Winn Group from June 2008 to February 2009. Nate also has experience in sales, having worked as a senior account executive for Advanced Automation from August 2006 to June 2008.

Nate Dame has obtained a BS in Organizational Leadership & Management from Regent University.
