The Bioinformatics Team at Progenesis is responsible for developing and maintaining the computational tools and analytical pipelines essential for processing and interpreting Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) data used in Preimplantation Genetic Testing (PGT-A and PGT-M). This team works closely with geneticists and laboratory scientists to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of genetic tests for aneuploidy and single gene disorders, contributing to the advancement of embryo screening technologies and better patient outcomes in the IVF field.
