Owen Doherty

Owen Doherty has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Owen started their career at NCQA, where they held various roles such as Project Coordinator, Business Analyst, Senior Program Analyst, Product Manager, and Assistant Director of Product Management. Owen then joined Inovalon as a Director of Product Development before being promoted to Senior Director of Product Development and later to Senior Director of Portfolio & Project Management. Owen also worked at Sudina Search as a Product Management and Agile Transformation Consultant. Currently, they are working at ProgenyHealth, LLC, where they hold the position of Director of Project Management.

Owen Doherty has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Ulster. In 2016, they also obtained a Certified SCRUM Master certification from the SCRUM Alliance. From 2017 to 2021, Owen pursued a SAFe 4.0 Certified Product Manage/Product Owner degree at Scaled Agile. In 2019, they also obtained certifications in Pragmatic Framework Foundations and Pragmatic Framework Market from Pragmatic Institute.
