Marcia Ramos Sousa

Marcia Ramos Sousa is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and project controls across various sectors. Currently serving as the Project Controls Manager at Progesys Inc, since December 2023, Marcia leads teams to deliver exceptional results in estimation, cost management, scheduling, planning, and change management. Previously, from May 2013 to December 2023, Marcia held several key positions at SNC-Lavalin, including Project Management Lead and Project Controls Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing project management procedures and centralizing project coordination within the Cities & Development Canada portfolio. Marcia's earlier experience includes roles at Cap Idéal, where contributions focused on social media strategy and cultural integration, as well as at Pfizer, where strategic financial support and crisis management were primary responsibilities. Marcia holds a Master’s degree in Project Management from École des sciences de la gestion (ESG UQAM) and a Bachelor's degree in Foreign Languages from the University of São Paulo.
