Carlos has a strong background in IT management, having held senior managerial positions at UOL and also worked as a System Analyst at CPqD. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in areas such as marketing automation, digital transformation, and system development using various programming languages and technologies.

Carlos H Leclerc Oliveira has a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Computer Engineering from Catholic University Campinas, obtained from 1996 to 2000. Carlos H also has a Certified degree in People Management and Coaching from Crescimentum, obtained in 2011. In 2008, they completed an Advanced Technical Trading course at BSP - Business School São Paulo, specializing in Business Negotiation. Carlos obtained a PMP (Project Management Professional) certification from the Project Management Institute in 2004. Carlos H also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in E-Business from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, obtained from 2000 to 2002. Additionally, Carlos pursued a BS in Chemical Engineering at Universidade Estadual de Campinas from 1996 to 1997. Recently, they obtained an IELTS certification in English Literature (British and Commonwealth) from Navitas in 2012-2013. Carlos has additional certifications, including being Adobe Qualified in Adobe Experience Platform and an Adobe Certified Expert in Campaign Developer and Campaign Business Practitioner, obtained in various years.
