Milica Domanovic is a seasoned professional in customer success and support, currently serving as Senior Customer Success Manager and Customer Support Team Lead at ProGlove since July 2021. Prior experience includes various roles at BVP from November 2014 to July 2021, culminating in the position of Quality Control & Customer Success Manager, alongside responsibilities in operations and customer service. Milica began the career as a Currency Trader at Exclusive Change from November 2013 to September 2014. Education includes a University Degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from FIMEK (2017-2018) and a Bachelor's degree in Banking, Insurance, and Financial Markets from R&B College of Economics and Administration (2013-2016), supplemented by studies in Mechanical Engineering at Tehnoart Belgrade (2006-2010).
