Sophie Scherbring

Sophie Scherbring is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in people operations and management. Currently serving as Senior People Business Partner and Teamlead People Operations at ProGlove since August 2022, Sophie previously held various HR roles at Corsair from January 2021 to August 2022, including HR Generalist for EMEA and Senior HR Coordinator and Recruiter for both EMEA and DACH regions. At DataGuard, Sophie advanced from Junior HR Manager to HR Business Partner between July 2018 and January 2021. Additional experience includes a consulting analyst position at Promerit AG, and various internships focusing on organizational development and internal communication at TELIS FINANZ AG, DB Projekt Stuttgart-Ulm, and UDG United Digital Group.
